1.Secretary Stephen LesPerance not present with minutes from October meeting. We’ll   review those minutes at next meeting.

2. Steve Jackson owner of 7 Mountain St. and his attorney Joel Fishman presented request for demolition of said house and out buildings on property. House was built in 1890. We agreed to view the house on 11/18 at 8:30am. The house is not on the inventory list.

3. Selected certificate for Historical Preservation Award.

4. R. Young passed out CPA submission forms. Discussed MA. Historical Commission survey and planning grant.

5. S. Schofield and G. Hughes attended last Avalon Bay Zoning Board meeting. Scott Dale is suppose contact us to view 361 Norwood St. R. Young spoke to Selectman B. Heitin and told him that we have to see the property to make a determination on demolition.

6. 33-35 Depot St. was torn down without seeking a demo permit from the Building Inspector. Though the house was heavily damaged by fire, it was over one hundred years old and should have been viewed by the Historical Commission thus breaking the town demolition bylaw (Article 34). R. Young to send letter to Building Inspector Joe Kent with our concerns.

7. Russell McAvoy, the Boy Scout doing the Drake Cemetery restoration project off  Mansfield St. needs two hundred dollars for signs. Perhaps we could give one hundred dollars out of our budget and he would raise the other hundred.

8.Eric Hooper the DPW supervisor has requested $850,000 from the Historical CPA monies.

9.G. Hughes talked to Irene McCarthy, daughter of Doris Annis about the verbiage for the sign at Doris Annis Park. It is hoped to have sign presentation next Patriots Day.
